Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy or use a digital product from Little Elsewhere (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship based in India, whose principal place of business is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Little Elsewhere is a trading name; the proprietor’s full legal name is given on request at littleelsewhere.help@gmail.com, and is held by our payment partner as part of its verification. Our business and grievance details are on the Contact page.
1. What you are buying
Digital files, such as PDFs and images, delivered by download link and email. Nothing is shipped physically. Each product page describes the file, its format and page count, and its price in Indian rupees.
2. Your licence
Unless a product page says otherwise, you get a personal licence for your own household:
- Use the file on all your own devices, and print as many copies as your household needs, at home or at a print shop.
- Share printed pages with family members and helpers in your home. For The Parents’ Home Safety Walk this also covers printed pages left at your parents’ home and given to your brothers and sisters, because that kit is meant to be walked round somebody else’s house.
- The Believable Year is made to be given: you may buy it as a gift and send the file to the one person it is for, anywhere in the world. Once you have sent it, the licence is theirs and their household’s, and you stop using it yourself.
- Apart from that, don’t forward, upload or post the files (including in WhatsApp or Telegram groups), resell them, or reuse the text, illustrations or characters in other products.
- Schools, clinics, parent groups, businesses and paid workshops need a separate licence, which we do not sell yet. Please write to littleelsewhere.help@gmail.com before using a kit that way.
3. Ownership
© 2026 Little Elsewhere. All text, illustrations, characters (including Fonu) and designs belong to Little Elsewhere. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership.
4. Advice-based products
Some products, such as our parenting kits, share general information for healthy families. They are not medical, psychological or diagnostic advice and don’t replace your doctor. Results vary and nothing is guaranteed.
5. Payments
Payments are collected by our payment partner, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, which accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card number or bank details.
6. Refunds
See our refund and cancellation policy.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please write to us first at littleelsewhere.help@gmail.com; most problems are solved in one email.
