We collect as little as pos­si­ble, and only to deliver your down­loads and help you.

What we collect

• At check­out: your name, email and phone number, col­lected by our payment partner to process your payment and send your down­load.
• From the payment partner: con­fir­ma­tion of payment, the amount and a trans­ac­tion ID. We never receive your UPI PIN, bank account or card details.
• When you write to us: what­ever you include in your message.

How we use it

• To deliver your files and resend them if needed.
• To answer ques­tions and process refunds.
• To keep records required by Indian tax and payment rules.

The free samples

You do not need to give us any­thing to read a free sample. They down­load straight away, and the site does not ask for your email address or any other detail to give you one.

We don’t sell or rent your data. We send mar­ket­ing emails only if you sign up for them, and reply­ing “stop” to any one of them ends them.

Who else handles it

Our payment partner (an RBI-author­ised payment aggre­ga­tor); Netlify, which hosts this site; and our email pro­vider. Each of them only as needed to run the service.

This website

This site carries no adver­tis­ing track­ers and no social-media pixels, and it never sells or shares what it sees.

We do count visits, so that we know which pages help people and how often the free samples are taken. If it is switched on, we use Umami for this, which does not use cookies, does not follow you between web­sites and does not build a profile of you. It records the page, the country, the kind of device and where the visit came from, all of it added up rather than attached to a person. Because there is nothing to iden­tify you, there is nothing for you to consent to and no cookie banner to dismiss. When a free sample is down­loaded, or opened in the browser to read without down­load­ing, we count that too, as a number, not a name.
