No phys­i­cal ship­ping. Every­thing I sell is a digital file.

• Within minutes: after a suc­cess­ful payment your down­load link is emailed to the address you entered at check­out. A down­load button usually also appears on the payment screen itself.
• By email: a copy of the link is sent to the email you entered at check­out, usually within minutes.
• Save the file straight away. The down­load link in that email stops working after about a day. That is the payment pro­vid­er’s rule, not mine. If yours has expired, the con­fir­ma­tion email has a Down­load link that will issue a fresh one when you enter the address you paid with, and you can always write to me and I’ll send you the file myself.
• Didn’t get it? Check spam or pro­mo­tions. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email littleelsewhere.help@gmail.com with your payment ref­er­ence (the UTR or order ID) and I’ll send the file within one working day.

Payment is online only (UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or a wallet), and there is no cash on deliv­ery, because nothing is shipped. The payment page takes Indian payment methods, so a card issued abroad may be declined. Once you have paid, your PDF lives wher­ever you keep it, on your phone or in your Drive, in any country, and The Believable Year can be sent as a gift by email to anyone, any­where.
