Every complaint reaches me, the same person who makes the kits. I acknowledge it within 48 hours, send you a copy of your complaint as I have recorded it, and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can also go to the Government of India’s National Consumer Helpline: call 1915 or 1800-11-4000, or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in.
